One-on-One Supervision

One-on-one supervision provides individualized support and supervision for a single family during parenting time in a safe, structured environment. Visits typically occur in a private room or designated area, allowing for focused supervision and support tailored to the family’s needs.

Therapeutic Supervised Visits

Therapeutic supervised visits are facilitated by a licensed professional trained in child development, family systems, and therapeutic intervention. In addition to supervision, the clinician provides real-time coaching, feedback, and therapeutic interventions to strengthen communication, parenting skills, and the parent-child relationship.

Parent Coaching

Parent coaching provides individualized guidance for parents and caregivers navigating parenting or co-parenting challenges. Through education, feedback, and practical strategies, parents build confidence, improve communication, strengthen emotional regulation, and create healthier family dynamics.

Parenting Classes

Our evidence-based parenting classes help caregivers strengthen their knowledge and skills while supporting healthier family relationships. Classes focus on child development, effective discipline, emotional needs, and nurturing connection, equipping parents with practical tools for long-term success.

Therapy Services

The Family Resource Center offers therapy for children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families. Available in person or via telehealth, therapy provides a supportive space to address emotional, relational, and behavioral challenges while promoting healing, resilience, and long-term well-being.
